Digital Downloads
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales of digital downloads are final. If you experience a technical issue with your file (e.g., corrupted download, wrong file delivered), please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
Custom Pet Portraits
- A preview is provided before final delivery. You receive up to 2 versions of the final image included in your order.
- Once you approve the final file, the order is considered complete and non-refundable.
- If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
Exceptions
We will issue refunds or replacements in cases of:
- Duplicate charges
- Significant deviation from the approved design
