All products sold on Clockwork Studio are digital downloads unless otherwise stated. Upon purchase, you will receive a high-resolution file for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any downloaded files.
3. Custom Pet Portraits
Custom orders are created based on the photo(s) and instructions you provide. By submitting a photo, you confirm you have the right to use that image. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun. A preview will be provided before final delivery.
4. Payments
All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Link.
5. Intellectual Property
