1. Instant Digital Downloads
- All standard wall art purchases are delivered digitally.
- Immediately upon completing checkout, you will receive on-screen download access and a confirmation email containing direct links to your high-resolution (300 DPI) print-ready files.
2. Custom Portrait Artwork
- Custom pet portraits are handcrafted with AI-assisted refinement based on your submitted photo.
- Your initial artwork proof will be delivered directly to your order email within 24–48 business hours.
- We offer one complimentary revision to ensure complete satisfaction before final high-res file delivery.
3. Physical Shipping
- No physical packages or parcels are shipped. All products are fulfilled digitally. You are free to print your files at home, through an online printing service, or at a local print lab.
